Privacy notice
Clear information about the publisher, your data and use of this website.
Who handles the data?
Enoxy SRL is the contact for data collected on this public site. Questions or requests about your data can be sent to contact@enoxy.be. The respective roles of Enoxy and practitioners in the Agenda booking service must be clarified in that service’s own information.
Which data and why?
The directory displays practitioners’ and practices’ professional information: identity, activity, consultation locations and, depending on the profile, fees, photograph and calendar access. For a business enquiry, we collect the contact details and message you provide so we can reply; phone and organisation are optional. Do not include health information in this form.
The form also records limited technical information (date, version of the accepted information, source reduced to origin and path, and any campaign parameters). Free-form URL parameters are not stored as the source. Technical logs needed for security and operation must be described in the final inventory.
Legal basis, recipients and retention
A contact enquiry is processed so that we can respond. Enoxy has chosen a maximum retention period of three years from receipt, followed by automated deletion verified in the test environment. The precise legal basis and technical recipients still need to be documented. Separate marketing to contacts requires separate information and, where applicable, a separate choice.
Booking opens Enoxy’s Agenda service. That journey may process other information, including health data; its notice and responsibilities require separate review before launch.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing and exercise other applicable rights by writing to contact@enoxy.be. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be). A proportionate identity check may be required to protect your data.
